Psychology and personalization in online advertising

Know your customers and influence their behaviour

Psychology plays an important role in creating advertising. In addition to providing information on the fulfilment of needs, it also creates a change in the attitudes of the target groups. For advertising to be effective, i.e. to influence the behaviour of a person, the viewer must be interested. Is advertising the mysterious seducer who forces us against our will to buy things that we do not really want or need or to buy things we want more often? We will also answer these questions during the “Psychology and Personalization” training.

“Psychology and Personalization” training is suitable for users who want to get even more insight into digital marketing and who want to discover their ads’ potential to increase demand for their products or services. It is also intended for project managers or marketers in companies.

You’ll get a half-day training session with a presentation delivered in a comprehensible form based on concrete real-world examples focusing on consumer behaviour as well as personalisation and creation of effective ads.
