Successful long-term cooperation is the foundation of long-term growth. We have been working on boosting SOS electronic’s sales through online channels for four consecutive years.

Last year we made it to Digital Pie shortlist award category” Performance “for export campaigns that contributed to 144 % sales growth over the period of three years and 15% increase in the company’s total sales.

PPC campaign automation

Over the last years we have created more than 1000 online campaigns in 9 different languages in which we utilized elements of automation. However, we decided to move to full automation.

We divided campaigns into three groups according to its goals and created the unique set of relevant conversions and micro-conversions for each. We used automatic bidding for each campaign that maximized the selected conversions to make the most of the campaign.

In order to collect as much data as possible we measured cross-device conversions on our own with the help of GCLID capable of matching customers from Goodle Ads with data from ERP system. We were able to identify more conversions, evaluate actual impact of campaigns on performance and particularly support auto bidding this way.

This was reflected in the results and we saw 40% increase in revenue from PPC campaigns and reduce costs by 7%.

Search engine optimization (SEO)

We began to devote our efforts to search engines systematic optimization on the website.

From more than 100,000 products on the website we selected the most important which were subsequently optimized and recategorized.

All original articles on the web were edited and optimized for search engines. When creating new articles we cooperate with the product department.Through

SEO activities, we achieved 15% year-on-year increase in traffic and 20% increase in revenue from organic search traffic.

Personalization and update of the website

The website underwent “light” redesign also thanks to our continuous UX audits.

We are motivating website users to register, complete purchase, repeat purchase by sending personalized emails using SALESmango. Customers are offered free of charge delivery within 7 days during which shipping/delivery charges are automatically turned off in the system.

Thanks to the optimization of the website total online sales increased by 22%.
